How to play in 60 seconds
- Your goal: be the first to empty your pay-off pile (20 cards, top card face up).
- The centre piles are shared. Each starts with an Ace and goes up one card at a time to the Queen.
- Kings are wild: a King counts as the card a pile needs next.
- Play from your pay-off pile, your hand of 5, or the top of your discard piles, as many cards as you like.
- End your turn by putting one hand card on one of your 4 discard piles.
Spite and Malice is the public-domain classic that the Skip-Bo® card game grew from. It uses two ordinary decks of cards.
