Printable cribbage board

Four streets of 30 holes, grouped in fives like a real board, with the skunk line after hole 90. Tick a hole in pencil for each point, or use two coins per player as pegs: move the back coin ahead of the front coin, so the gap shows the last score.

Cribbage score sheet

One line per deal. Write the points scored in that deal (pegging + hand, plus the crib if you dealt) and add them to your running total. Most games take 8 to 12 deals, so there are 12 lines per game, two games per page.

How to keep score in cribbage

  1. Score pegging points as they happen during the play (15s, 31s, pairs, runs, go).
  2. After the play, the pone counts their hand first, then the dealer counts their hand, then the crib.
  3. On the sheet, add each player's points for the deal to their running total.
  4. Stop the moment someone reaches 121. Mark a skunk if the loser has 90 or less.

Questions people ask

Can you play cribbage without a board?

Yes. Print the board on this page and tick off holes in pencil, or keep score on the score sheet: write the points for each deal and a running total. The board only records the score; the rules are the same.

How do you keep score in cribbage on paper?

Write each player’s points as they are scored: pegging during the play, then the pone’s hand, the dealer’s hand and the crib. Keep a running total for each player. The first to 121 wins.

What size paper does this print on?

US Letter, portrait. It also fits A4. Use black ink only. The board is page 1 and the score sheet is page 2. In your print dialog you can choose “Save as PDF” to keep a copy.

What does the skunk line on a cribbage board mean?

It marks hole 90. If you are still at 90 or below when your opponent reaches 121, you have been skunked, which usually counts as losing two games.
